'Monster of Chiclayo': the outrageous confession of the man who outraged the 3-year-old girl

The case of the cruel abduction and rape of a minor aged just 3 years old, with the initials D.N.F.C., in the city of Chiclayo, has shocked the entire country that unanimously calls for a drastic sanction against Juan Antonio Enríquez Garcia, the defendant for the crimes of rape and abduction in aggrievance of the girl and who confessed to his crimes in his first statements that were revealed this Sunday.

As you remember, the minor had been abducted last week around her home, at the intersection of Leguía Avenue and Mexico Street, in the district of José Leonardo Ortiz, in the province of Chiclayo. The videos of the security cameras in the streets managed to capture the moment when the girl was taken into a celestial vehicle.

After the report of the disappearance, the National Police set up Operation Siege, in order to locate the person responsible for this heinous event. With the help of the videos, the license plate of the car was identified and the search for the vehicle and the driver began, who was captured in a few hours.

THE CONFESSION OF THE CHICLAYO MONSTER

When Juan Antonio Enríquez García (48) was intervened, stated that he had indeed abducted the minor and consulted on her whereabouts, pointed out that he had it in block F, lot 19, of the Santuario urbanization, in El Cercado in the city of Chiclayo. This allowed the location of the little girl who was tied up and was taken to a health center, where it was confirmed that she had been outraged.

These were not the only words of Enriquez Garcia. On Sunday the Day, he had access to his first statements to the NPP. At the police station, the defendant answered the officers' questions in this way.

Where did you take the child and for what purpose?

Juan Antonio Enríquez: “I took her home, in order to rape her because I was drunk.”

What is your relationship with the minor?

Juan Antonio Enríquez: “I only met her last night, at night when I put her in my car when I saw that she was alone.”

Who is the youngest seen in the videos?

Juan Antonio Enríquez: “The minor you see in the videos is the one I kidnapped in my car and took her to my bedroom and that is where I filmed her with my cell phone during the sexual act”

He also said that he had the child tied up to prevent her from escaping and that he later planned to abandon her on some street: “I decided to hide the girl on the second floor of my house and so that she doesn't escape I tied her with packing tape on her feet, thinking that later I could leave her abandoned on some street or remote place,” she said.

REMAND

It should be noted that, on Thursday, April 14, the Second Preparatory Investigation Court of José Leonardo Ortiz ordered nine months of preventive detention for Juan Antonio Enríquez García.

Meanwhile, the Police reported on Saturday that the General Inspectorate of the institution is already investigating the leak of the video with images of the kidnapped and raped child under 3 years of age in Chiclayo, whose images are being improperly disseminated.

“The General Inspectorate of the Police conducts the relevant inquiries internally to determine the responsibilities that might occur among the personnel responsible for their discovery,” they said in a statement.
