Alfonso Herrera joins “Rebel Moon”, Zack Snyder's film: “And I'm a rebel!”

Alfonso Herrera continues to surprise his fans with his professional projects, because on this occasion the important streaming company Netflix made it official that the Mexican will join a film directed by the great Zack Snyder, director of Justice League, has explored the genre of science fiction with some of the greatest DC superheroes.

It was through his official Twitter account that the actor shared the company's publication: “Alfonso Herrera, I repeat, Alfonso Herrera (@ponchohd) joins 'Rebel Moon', Zack Snyder's new sci-fi film,” Netflix Latinoamérica tweeted to what he responded in a very peculiar way, noding to his last in RBD: “And I'm a rebel! ”, being quickly applauded and viralized by his most loyal followers from Brazil, Argentina, Colombia and of course Mexico.

The funny response of the actor from major productions such as The Dance of the 41 -based on a true story and with which he reaffirmed his respect and admiration for the LGBT+ community -, Sense8 - a project that consecrated him worldwide due to the great success - and Ozark - in its last season that was divided into two parts and which is one of the most recent in his acting career - provoked a wave of congratulations and thanks for continuing to achieve great projects in his career but not to forget the soap opera, Rebelde, which saw him born and gave him his first international projection.

Getting to this saga, which is one of the most ambitious film projects on the Netflix platform, is a big challenge for me as an actor,” he shared in GQ magazine.

A few weeks ago the actor went viral on social networks after the artist spoke out in favor of peace due to the global tension that is centered on the war that Russia and Ukraine are currently facing. “Why, what do we do... Human beings do so much death, suddenly we turn on the news and watch war, we see news that doesn't really fill us, we just see things that make us sad. Why make war, if peace doesn't cost anything. The only people who win from the war are the ego of the rulers and we cannot allow that anymore,” he said.
