Jorge D'Alessio recalled that Sasha Sokol helped his family when Lupita was in jail

It has been almost a month since Sasha Sokol made it known to public opinion that in her adolescence she had a romantic relationship with producer Luis de Llano; however, she showed that after years of reflection, she finally realized that it was all about manipulation.

The former Timbiriche coined the media by describing as “a crime and an abuse” the fact that De Llano, 25 years older than her, had started and continued a relationship with her for four years, despite the fact that it was allegedly consensual.

Multiple characters have given their opinion on the rugged case, the vast majority of them giving their support to the Rueda mi miente interpreter. Figures such as Benny Ibarra, Erick Rubín, Rebecca Jones, Mariana Garza, Andrea Legarreta and more, highlighted Sasha's courage and extended their support in the face of the stark revelation.

Now it is Jorge D'Alessio who spoke about it. And the fact is that the leader of Matute was intercepted by reporters at a public event, where he announced his position on the case.

“Terrible, I send a huge kiss to Sasha, God bless her, she is a lady,” began by saying the musician of the cover band, who also revealed that the singer of Serás el aire had a noble gesture with her family in the early 90s.

“I have a very nice memory of Sasha: when my mother had that problem many years ago, with taxes, the only person who was outside (the prison) with us, with Ernesto and me, was Sasha. And Sasha went to McDonald's, I remember, and he brought us a hamburger and fries every day and it never came off. And I will never forget,” recalled D'Alessio of the situation his mother experienced in 1993, when she was arrested by the authorities and imprisoned in the Oriente Women's Prison in Mexico City for a fortnight because of her guilt for tax offences.

“I have a great love for Sasha and may God bless her very much,” the musician concluded.

Jorge also stressed that the audience has a very special affection for Sasha, since he has known her since she was a child when she shone in Timbiriche and has seen her evolution as an artist by also venturing into acting and having a solo career.

“Always grateful, she is a lady, she is a woman's charm, and I haven't had contact with her for quite some time, but there is always a very nice memory and when we see each other we greet each other with great affection, she is also a person very dear to all Mexicans, she touched a whole generation, imagine the love she has for her. I, who am in Matute and we celebrate with this generation, the love they have for Sasha is very great,” he said.

Finally, Ernesto D'Alessio's brother was questioned about his position on the case that many have described as “statutory rape”, as it was a sustained relationship between an adult and a 14-year-old girl.

Jorge preferred not to comment and touched on the subject “with tweezers” so as not to fall into disrespect, but he again endorsed his support for the singer and former cultural television host.

“The truth is that I don't want to make much judgment about it, because this must be very respectful and only the victim can speak, the truth I think, but all my support of course, with all my heart to Sasha, but I don't want to pass judgment because it would be disrespectful on my part,” he concluded.
