Not many remember the controversy that surrounds Andrea Llosa with the footballer Carlos Cáceda and his former partner Raisa Samame, with whom he currently has two children. And the fact is that the host of 'Andrea and 'Never More' was sued by the archer for aggravated defamation after broadcasting a report on his Sunday program where she was accused of abandoning her firstborn children and not paying their maintenance.
The judicial process began in 2018 and it was in November 2020 that the television presenter was sentenced to two years in suspended prison and to pay the sum of just over 16,000 soles. However, that judgment was appealed and the case was eventually acquitted without option for another appeal by the plaintiff. It should be noted that the athlete also sued the mother of his children for the same crime.
“The members of the Tenth Criminal Liquidating Chamber of the Superior Court of Justice of Lima declare well founded the appeals filed by Andrea Llosa Barreto, Raisa Nathalie Zamora and the Third Civilly Responsible ATV”, the document published by Andrea Llosa on his official Instagram account reads.
“Consequently, they revoked the sentence of November 27, 2020, which condemns Andrea Llosa and Raisa Samamé as authors of the crime against honour - aggravated defamation through the press - in grievance of Carlos Alberto Cáceda Ollaguez,” it continues.

On the other hand, the figure of ATV accompanied its publication with an extensive text where he remembered how the whole case was started. As is known, the program 'Never More' exposes cases of social injustice such as conflicts between families, couples, among others, giving people the opportunity to expose their problems when they do not find justice from the authorities.
“When the story of footballer Carlos Cáceda came to “Never Again”, he had impregnated two women at the same time. It was the mother of his first daughter who sought us to denounce that Cáceda (with whom he lived) did not want to recognize the second son who was about to be born, because he had started another relationship with what is now his wife. He denied his son in front of my cameras, he told me. Even the costs of childbirth are borne by us. Then she ended up recognizing him. Raisa Samamé is the mother of her two children, and she legally confronted Cáceda for their rights,” the television host commented.
At another time, Andrea Llosa explained that although a judge had initially declared her the perpetrator of the crime, she appealed and the alleged triumph of the selected Peruvian had only been for a short moment.
“Several months ago, Cáceda, her mother-in-law and her lawyer celebrated on television and in the print press a 'victory' that was greener than mature. They said that justice had already condemned Raisa and me. I clarified that I had appealed and that this supposed triumph had only been in the first instance,” he said.
Finally, the journalist pointed out that last Saturday, April 2, her lawyer explained to her that Carlos Cáceda would no longer be able to continue with the lawsuit, since the deadline for filing another appeal has expired.
“Today justice proved us right because we never, ever defame it. Never. Today, my lawyer explained to me that they can no longer appeal (Carlos Cáceda), because the deadline has passed. There is nothing personal here, it is about defending what is fair and I will always do that. Here is the sentence. We were acquitted. Cáceda's arguments were dismissed. Everything was revoked. There was no defamation,” he said.
