INGREDIENTS

-1 1/2 cup of unprepared flour
-1/2 cup cornstarch
-200 grams of margarine
-8 tablespoons of powdered sugar

PREPARATION
1. The first thing we will do is to have all the ingredients ready and ready to use them. Now, we put the flour, sugar, cornstarch, pinch of salt and margarine into a bowl. We mix all the ingredients until they are well integrated.
2. We remove the dough from the bowl and roll it out with the help of a rolling pin. Once it is flat we take it to the refrigerator for 2 hours.
3. Once the dough is cold, we flour the surface on which we will work and stretch the dough to cut the caps. We can use the mold of the size we like best for our alfajores.
4. When the dough is as thick as we want, we start cutting the caps with the selected mold.
5. When the caps are ready, we take them back to the refrigerator while we preheat our air fryer in baking mode for 10 minutes.
6. Once the time has passed, we place the caps very carefully on the bottom because it is hot.
7. Now, we bake the lids in bake mode for 5 minutes.
8. After 5 minutes the tapitas are ready to assemble the alfajores. Wait for them to cool down to fill them, as they are hot they can break.
9. Fill them with dulce de leche and garnish with powdered sugar to serve.
