Wearing white sneakers, white pants and the national team's jersey, the gentleman and his little dog were caught on a street in the district of Villa María del Triunfo. The mascot held a small cloth sign with the name “Viva el Peru”.
The post by user @carlospel01 garnered more than half a million views, more than 36,000 likes and more than 550 comments on the social network. The images show that both are the perfect pair to encourage the Peruvian national team after winning the repechage. Even more so when the puppy shows his happiness with his master.
