
Los tequeños is a culinary preparation originally from the Middle East that consists of a dough of fried wheat flour, filled with white or feta cheese, among other fillings that allow this food to be tasted. It is consumed in restaurants, meetings, or it serves as a complement to a traditional dish, although in the country we often see it in chifas. But you can also learn how to prepare it at home, and that's what you will learn in order to test the culinary skills of novices.
A recipe from Acomer.pe where it consists of a preparation time of 15 minutes and 30 minutes of cooking, easy for your family to enjoy the dish and share it with friends as well. Follow the preparation in order and do not forget the ingredients.
INGREDIENTS
- Thin loin - 200 (grams)
- Wonton dough - 1 (pack)
- Vegetable Oil - 2 (cups)
- Red Onion - 1 (unit)
- Yellow Chili Pepper - 4 (units)
- Tomato - 1 (unit)
- Chopped cilantro - 2 (tablespoons)
- Rocoto - 1 (unit)
- Fresh cheese - 160 (grams)
- Evaporated milk - 160 (milliliters)
- Soda Cookie - 6 (units)
- Avocado - 1 (unit)
- Lemon - 1 (unit)
- Vinegar - 2 (tablespoons)
- Oyster sauce - 2 (tablespoons)
- Beef Broth - 3 (tablespoons)
- Egg - 1 (unit)
- Mozzarella cheese - 200 (grams)
- Salt and Pepper - (to taste)
PREPARATION
- In a blender add yellow pepper, vegetable oil, fresh cheese. After liquefying, add the evaporated milk.
- Once the smoothie is finished, salt to taste, soda biscuit and reserve it. Clean the blender to now make the rocoto without veins into pieces. Add vegetable oil, fresh cheese and evaporated milk to blend. Then salt to taste and a soda biscuit to finish this process.
- In another dish, add ripe avocado to crush it with the help of a fork, add lemon, salt to taste, tomato and red onion into cubes. Mix it, it is optional if you can add pepper with chopped cilantro for integration and reserve.
- In a plate and add vinegar, 2 tablespoons of ositón sauce, 3 tablespoons of beef broth, mix and reserve where it will be needed for sautéing. In another dish add the thin tenderloin in small strips (200 g).
- Add salt and pepper to taste, a spoonful of vegetable oil. In a frying pan, put the thin loin in strips to brown it for a few seconds and then sauté it for reserve. Vegetable oil again (1 tablespoonful), then the yellow pepper in strips (1/2 unit), onion in thin wedges (1/2 unit), chopped garlic (1 tsp.), sauté it to add a spoonful of vinegar and continue sautéing.
- Then add the tenderloin again to add soy sauce and sauté. Salted tenderloin to taste. 1/2 unit in tomato in thin wedges and continue with the sauté. A spoonful of chopped cilantro to remove from the heat and reserve it.
- Then, assemble tequeños with wonton dough. Pass beaten egg on the edges to add the salted tenderloin. Add mozzarella cheese for each tequeño. Wrap and set aside to fry in hot oil.
