The wave of violence that keeps Michoacán in the state with the most murders in the country showed its scope with the discovery of at least four people executed inside a house in the capital, in Morelia.
According to preliminary reports, the discovery occurred on the afternoon of March 24 in the Misión del Valle subdivision, and it involves three men and one woman. They were all killed by gunfire.
Local police officers and expert services for the prosecution of the criminal scene arrived at the site. But the authorities have not given any further details on the case.
Local versions highlighted that the bodies were inside the house located on Actopan Street, on the corner of the Convento de la Merced highway. Neighbors alerted emergency lines after hearing the detonations.
