Regina Blandón broke out again because of rumor about Eugenio Derbez and harassment

After Eugenio Derbez was singled out for alleged harassment through a Twitter account, Regina Blandón angered and defended her project colleague on this same social network, explaining that her conduct had been “faultless”.

However, recently Regina Blandón had a meeting with the press and it broke out because they touched the subject again, and she criticized harshly that some reporters had done the same question to Alessandra Rosaldo in the presence of Aitana, her daughter with Eugenio Derbez.

“They misrepresented everything that happened... they went to ask Alessandra at the airport with her daughter, that seems to me in very bad taste. I don't know who was there, but that's not done,” said the comedy actress who acted as Bibi in La Familia Luche. It should be noted that the television project began when she was 12 years old and played the daughter of Ludovico Peluche -Eugenio Derbez-.

The original purpose of this series of questions was to ask Blandón his opinion about the 2022 Oscars, as the film CODA is nominated for several awards and Eugenio Derbez participated in it. Given this, the comedy actress asked that only talk about this project be talked about and mentioned the following:

“I'm really excited. The CODA thing is going to be incredible because he deserves everything he has. He's cool and he's always been cool to everyone: who he works with and with his friends. I love him and his family with all my heart”

It should be noted that the subject of alleged harassment arose after Sasha Sokol reported that she suffered this type of violence from Luis de Llano, so a person on Twitter made a comment noting that it was foreseeable that Regina would accuse Eugene. “Waiting for @ReginaBlandon to say that @EugenioDerbez victimized her. Because it's going to happen,” the tweet read.

In this regard, Blandón mentioned this on the cameras of various media such as Venga la Alegría: “They were lower than a troll, because the troll said 'Regina just needs to come out'. And I went out to defend.”

In addition, the actress said she was extremely upset because various communication channels took the claim of harassment to make products and spread the rumor even more:

“I'm really pushed* because they grabbed a word, 'the alleged harassment she suffered... 'to grab clicks. And if the people of the press, who are responsible for passing information on a topic so important that it caters to us and what we are all part of, without seriousness, you can't”, he said.

At the time, Regina Blandón responded to the author of the accusation to clarify that he was never the victim of harassment or any other type of violence by Eugenio Derbez.

“Eugene is flawless. How do you just drop such a comment, just for your entertainment, minimizing the struggle, the courage of the victims, relativizing and, moreover, slandering? Think a little before publishing, please. This is a serious thing,” wrote the actress.

In the face of the defense, Blandón's followers put another topic in the conversation and criticized the actress for not mentioning the content of La Familia P. Luche, since they pointed out that it would have misogynistic chapters. Even Bibi, Regina's character in the sitcom, would have made jokes in which she would express herself in a disparaging or discriminatory way towards women.

For her part, Alessandra Rosaldo also defended her husband and even said that she would risk defending him “Oh my God! Never! I too (put my hands in the fire for him), because if there is a chivalrous man in this life, he is my husband.”
