Alejandra Guzmán confessed that she has suffered depression: “Asking for help is great”

After the difficult problems she has experienced in recent years, such as the statements made by Frida Sofía against her and Enrique Guzmán, as well as the aesthetic operation where she was injected with polymers into her buttocks, Alejandra Guzmán confessed that she has tried to take care of her mental health with the help of professionals and admitted that thanks to therapies that you have received today is already much better.

During a media meeting recovered by the program Hoy, the interpreter of Yo te espera opened her heart to talk about the depression she has faced because it has had a significant impact on her quality of life. In the last interviews she has given, the singer has been very happy about her new projects, however, she managed to reach that point thanks to therapies.

“I have more faith than fear, in fact I have sometimes been depressed but I have also asked for help. I'm with a neuropsychiatrist and right now that's why they see me differently because I'm calm, I'm fine, I'm at peace, I'm meditating. Asking for help is great, knowing how to say 'ok, I need to be me again, to feel joy for life again'”, he said.

Although both her family problems and her health complications have had a significant impact, the Queen of Hearts said she was grateful for having coped with each of them, since she believes that not everyone manages to recover from such complicated situations. It should be recalled that on March 13, Frida Sofía turned 30 years old and everything seems to indicate that the distance between mother and daughter continues.

“Everything that happened, in the end I appreciate it because I'm fine, because I've learned a lot, because not everyone could get through all this,” he said.

Regarding the relationship she has with her brothers Sylvia Pasquel and Luis Enrique Guzmán, the interpreter of Making Love with Another said that they all get along well, however, she is closer to one of them because they grew up together, in addition to the unconditional support she has shown her in recent years, especially during ravages of their health.

“Sometimes they say a lot but I love my brother Luis Enrique and with my sister Sylvia, because I hardly ever saw her, it's not that she loves one more than the other, but my brother with the blood of mother and father, is Luis Enrique. He was with me in the hospital for six months and I think he's the one I love the most in my whole family,” he added.

A few weeks ago, Sylvia and Luis Enrique were involved in the controversy due to an alleged dispute over the administration of the Silvia Pinal Theater which is located in Versailles number 27 Colonia Cuauhtémoc, Mexico City. Speculations indicated that the brothers wanted to take control, but they had not been able to agree.
