The trial for this case will begin in the middle of the summer judicial fair on Monday, January 2, 2023, and will take place over 22 days with the participation of more than 130 witnesses.

According to the case guidelines developed by the prosecutor's office of Zamboni, the defendants attacked Baez Sosa between 4.41 and 5 in front of dance venues located in Avenida 3 and Paseo 102 on January 18, 2020.
