Fédération Internationale de Gymnastique (FIG)
The FIG has today launched a digital version of its magazine, World of Gymnastics. World of Gymnastics digital adapts to any digital device and takes FIG communications to a new level.
André Gueisbuhler, Secretary General of FIG, said: "We are delighted to launch our new digital magazine and excited about the new horizon that it opens up. Communication is very important for all sports federations and we at FIG are determined to ensure the widest reach for our sport through digital media."
The FIG has upgraded its digital presence in 2014 with a new website, www.fig-gymnastics.com released earlier this year providing new tools and information.
Designed by SportBusiness Communications, World of Gymnastics contains videos, galleries and interviews all of which are shareable via social media. The print version of World of Gymnastics has also been redesigned and relaunched and the digital magazine carries the design through onto the web.
Phil Savage, director of SportBusiness Communications said: "We have been working for a long time on a single digital solution that works on mobile phones, tablets and PCs and are delighted with the result. We appreciate the confidence that the FIG has shown in SportBusiness and look forward to future issues of World of Gymnastics."
