"The contract that we signed guarantees radio and TV transmission in standards that can be compared to the main World sports events, generating tranquility for the Organizing Committee and quality for the viewers and listeners. Hence, once more, we follow our orientation to make the best possible in the organization of RIO 2007", commented the President of CO-RIO and Brazilian Olympic Committee (BOC), Carlos Arthur Nuzman.BR>BR>In his resume, the President of the ISB, Manolo Romero, includes the direction of the host broadcaster of some international multi-sports events, such as the Olympic Games Seoul 1988, Barcelona 1992, Atlanta 1996 and Athens 2004, and the Olympic Winter Games Albertville 1992, Lillehammer 1994, Nagano 1998, Salt Lake City 2002 and Turin 2006, in addition to being responsible for the work direction of the radio and TV signal generation for the 2008 Beijim Olympic Games.
