Hellenic Olympic Committe Selects Cartan Tours as Authorized Ticket Reseller

(Manhattan Beach, California, USA) – Cartan Tours (Cartan) and the Hellenic Olympic Committee (HOC) officially announced today the selection of Cartan Tours as its Authorized Ticket Reseller for the 2010 Olympic Winter Games, in Vancouver, Canada.

“With great pleasure, the Hellenic Olympic Committee designates Cartan Tours as our Authorized Ticket Reseller for the Vancouver Olympic Winter Games,” said Spyros Capralos, President of the Hellenic Olympic Committee. “Cartan is very well known in the Olympic Movement and they bring years of experience in handling both ticket sales and travel packages to the Olympic Games.”

In its capacity as the Authorized Ticket Reseller for the HOC, Cartan will manage the General Public ticketing allocations for the upcoming Olympic Winter Games in Vancouver and will also be able to offer travel packages, including pre and post travel, for the 2010 Games.

“We’re excited to be partnering with the HOC and with the residents of Greece,” said David G. Elmore, Cartan Tours President and Chair of the Elmore Sports Group. “We know how passionate the Greeks are for sports particularly as it relates to the Olympic movement.”

In addition to the Hellenic Olympic Committee, Cartan Tours is also serving as the Authorized Ticket Reseller for 16 other National Olympic Committees (NOCs) for the Vancouver Games including NOCs in the Caribbean, Central America and South America.
