Conferences & Conventions -- Registration Opens for VISTA Conference

(ATR) Online registration for the seventh annual VISTA conference, organized by the International Paralympic Committee, is now open.

The conference will be held in Girona, Spain on Oct. 7-10 under the theme"Securing the Future for Young Para-athletes."

The IPC is accepting nominations for the 2015Paralympic Scientific Award, to be presented at the conference in October. The award recognizes a researcher's work and contributions to the Paralympic movement in the past year.

The IPC is also looking for presenters to the conference and will be taking abstracts from scientists and practitioners until Feb. 15.

World Stadium Congress

Early bird registration for the World Stadium Congress ends on Jan. 29.

Early registrants can save $600 on registration fees if they book their passes in the next two weeks. Registration and pricing for the Congress can be found here.

The fifth edition of the World Stadium Congress will take place on May 18-21 at the St. Regis Hotel in Doha, Qatar.

SportAccord Convention World Sport & Business Summit

Registration for the SportAccord Convention World Sport & Business Summit is now open.

The conference will take place on April 19-24 in Sochi, Russia at the Sochi Expocentre.
