ANTA Sports Extends Partnership with COC

HONG KONG, Jan. 17, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- ANTA Sports Products Limited ("ANTA Sports" or the "Company", stock code: 2020), a leading branded sportswear enterprise in China, is pleased to announce that the Company will continue to partner with the Chinese Olympic Committee ("COC") upon extending its partnership with the COC from 2013 to 2016, making the Company the "Sportswear Partner of the COC" for eight years in a row since 2009. The successful renewal of the contract and the sustained friendly partnership with the COC is a clear reflection of the trust that the COC holds in ANTA Sports' corporate strengths and service capabilities, and that the brand image of ANTA and the quality of its innovative products have also earned recognition and praise from leading Chinese athletes.

During the previous partnership period, ANTA Sports and the COC collaborated closely to roll out a well-rounded integrated marketing campaign centered on a number of important sporting events. This not only made the ANTA brand ever more popular, but also gave a strong push to the development of sports in China and the spread of the Olympic spirit. During the 2013-2016 partnership period, ANTA Sports will spare no effort in unearthing and exploring premium sports resources and will set a four-year Olympic Plan for ANTA Sports and the COC to invigorate and inspire each other and to march towards the "All Sports Era" hand-in-hand.

The Chinese Sports Delegation ("CSD"), managed by the COC, will participate in 10 different major international sporting events (please see Table 1 for details) during the 2013-2016 period. At these events, ANTA Sports will provide ever better winning outfit and more professional services to the CSD with the aim of demonstrating the power and charm of Chinese sporting prowess and Chinese sportswear brand. The Company has been focusing on research and development work for the winning outfit for the Tianjin East Asian Games in China, which will feature an eco-friendly concept as well as technological elements excellently. Moreover, preparation work for the winning outfit for the Sochi Winter Olympic Games in Russia, which gains extensive attention, has been also started, and breakthroughs in fabrics and technology can be expected.
