The Attorney General's Office of the State of Mexico arrested Ricky Ángel “N”, alleged leader of the “Rikis”, along with seven alleged perpetrators of the massacre of eight members of a family, who were gunned down in Tultepec.
According to the ministerial report, the subjects were insured in the municipality of Villa del Carbón, during this Saturday of Glory, as they have been identified as the hit men who perpetrated the multi-homicide in which four minors were killed.
