Alianza Lima will make its debut tonight against River Plate in the 2022 Copa Libertadores. The 'blues' did not have the permission to receive the 'Millionaires' at Alejandro Villanueva and the match will take place at the National Stadium. However, the club's marketing manager does not rule out the possibility of playing for Matute in the other two commitments.

“We can't confirm anything about it. We want to play the remaining two matches in Matute, but we still don't have the authorization for the theme of lights, so we have the option of playing at the National Stadium,” said Diego Montoya to the consultation about using Alejandro Villanueva in this international competition.

On the other hand, he talked about the tickets sold for Alianza Lima vs. River Plate. “There are still about 4 thousand to 5 thousand tickets for today's match. For now, we have passed the barrier of 30,000 tickets sold and approximately 9,000 tickets have already been sold for the Cup. With this, the income achieved is higher than that acquired in 2019″.

“There are some tickets left for North, East and West. South grandstand? It's all cool now. We really look forward to the encouragement of the Alianza fans because it is an important party where we represent Peru. We hope to fill the stadium, make it a very nice party and we can celebrate later,” he added in a conversation with Ovación.

Finally, he referred to the issue of security for the cup-making debut. “Everything is coordinated with the National Police, we have all the guarantees, the doors will be open early so that the fans do not have any problems.”
