As a couple, Maleja Restrepo and Tatán Mejia constantly post comedic videos on their respective social networks, part of this content is about romantic relationships, family life and jokes with each other. For example, last Sunday, April 3, the presenter published a video about “the joke of the eyebrow”. So, in the course of the images he was seen supposedly waxing the motorcyclist's eyebrows: “I'm going to remove some hairs you have here”, the caleña was heard saying.
As soon as she heard this, Macarena — the youngest daughter of Maleja and Tatán — went out to pay attention to her mother, questioning her about how she would remove 'those hairs' from her father. Immediately, the actress explained the process to her, but the little girl warned her: “Be careful you cut it.”
Restrepo remained very dedicated in her alleged eyebrow waxing to Tatán Mejia until her daughter thought she was overdoing it, so she wanted to put a stop on the road by saying: “Mommy ya, stop ma! stop!”.
Later, Maleja showed her husband the final result and he looks at himself in amazement, after a few seconds of watching each other she decides to stop and leaves the camera's focus. Faced with the situation, Macarena simply reminds her mother that she had already given her a warning about it. In this way, he stands on the bed and gives him the comment of: “Mom, I told you so!”
This claim by her youngest daughter, Maleja Restrepo used it to title the video when she shared it: “#TeLoDije who else cared like Macarena?”
It should be remembered that, the sentimental story between Maleja and Tatan began to develop from 2010 and it was already in 2011 that their engagement turned into marriage. During the course of their relationship, the couple have experienced being parents twice, first with the birth of Guadalupe in 2012 and then they repeated their role when Macarena was born in 2017.
And just as the couple regularly publish this type of comic content for their audience, they also make publications writing handfuls of affectionate words, for example, in September 2021 Mejia wrote about her partner: “I didn't marry the mother of my daughters, I married the love of my life. A decade later I see you how I saw you the first time: My friend, my wife, my lover.”
On the other hand, it is worth mentioning that currently the Colombian audience sees Maleja Restrepo performing as a presenter on a reality television program: 'Guerreros Colombia'. For his part, Tatán Mejía is also in a reality show, but in his case in a gastronomic one: 'MasterChef Celebrity Colombia' (2022); the Manizalean is a participant and one of those who has managed to stand out especially for his creativity in plating.
In addition, throughout the chapters presented so far, the motorcyclist has realized that competition is his thing and his mind is always after the idea of winning, regardless of the culinary challenge.
