A man reports that he was hit by a car and when he got out to see what had happened, the owner of the car who dressed him threw the car at him causing injuries and fleeing the scene. Apparently, according to the person concerned, the driver who escaped would be in a high degree of liquidation.

The traffic accident occurred in the town of Kennedy in the southwest of the city and was caught on a security camera that was in place.

After what happened, the driver in apparent drunkenness would have tried to negotiate to repair the damage with an economic amount that did not seem reasonable to him for the arrangements he had to make to his van, so he called Tránsito expecting it to mediate.

However, no member of the traffic regulators arrived at the scene and the driver's actions outside the damage he committed was to flee throwing the car at the same man affected. This is how Nelson related it on Citytv:

According to the person who was crashed, no one has answered him for the damage, although at the time they took the license plate of the car, giving them the details of the owner of the vehicle and the driver of that moment.

Nelson Capera was injured in one of his shoulders and one knee after he was also dressed by the same driver, having a disability 7 days after the medical check-up. The case will continue in the Prosecutor's Office where the affected person will attend to further information on the complaint.

So far this year, according to the National Road Safety Agency, there have been around 515 cases of accidents in Bogotá, with motorcyclists being the main protagonists in both the numbers of injuries and deaths, with 47% of those affected with 243 cases, while vehicles total 90, with 17%.

The call finally made by the affected driver is that there should be more responsibility on the part of drivers for the consumption of intoxicating drinks, citing the case he lives in today where apart from being injured, he does not know when the economic damages that his van represents will be repaired.
