On March 22, the Lexpro Foundation issued a statement on the case of Octavio Ocaña, in the text it was reported that two officials of the State of Mexico were already linked to the trial for disseminating images of the actor's body after his death.

The photographs were taken at the morgue by Marcelina “N”, who was a paramedic and Raúl “N”, who was an investigative police officer of the town hall; both from the municipality of Cuautitlán Izcalli in the State of Mexico. It should be noted that on 17 March the two were removed from their posts.
