The fair, which has a budget of more than $110,000, expects the presence of more than 1,500 professionals from the sector, with an increase this year in the presence of Portuguese attendees. Exhibitors include promoters from the United States, Puerto Rico, Colombia, Chile, Argentina and Mexico who come to the fair with the intention of establishing direct channels of communication with representatives of Spanish and Portuguese artists in order to hold concerts in their countries. The fair, which will hold an open day on Sunday with unrestricted access to the general public, is reserved for the rest of the days for professionals in the sector and people with special interest in the music industry. The event, as explained by the director of Fhlim this Monday in the presentation, is set up as a meeting point between Spanish and Portuguese music companies and a space that promotes collaboration in this area between the two countries. Musical instruments, sound equipment and lights, stages, transport vehicles and concert infrastructure are some of the players in the music industry that come together at the fair, along with representatives of artists, concert promoters and sound system companies.
