
(ATR) The full program for the International Paralympic Committee VISTA Conference is out.
IOC Medical Commission Games Group member Margo Mountjoy, 2015 IPC Scientific Award winner Jennifer Mactavish and Royal Spanish Tennis Federation scientific director David Sanz Rivas will deliver the three keynote speeches for the event.
Over 200 delegates are expected to attend the conference in Girona, Spain from October 7-10.
"This is the first time in a number of years we have held the event outside of Bonn, and to cover this year's theme of ‘securing the future of young para-athletes’ we have assembled a stellar list of speakers, invited symposia and other speakers," Dr. Peter Van de Vliet, the IPC's scientific and medical director, said in a statement.
Registration for the conference can be found here, and an early bird price of $341 will be available until Jun. 15.

City Events
Paris will host the sixth City Event conference.
Dates for the conference are Nov. 17-18. Registration for the conference is open until Nov. 16. Participants who register before Jul. 31 will receive the early bird rate of $752. Registration from Aug. 1 to Nov. 16 will cost $886.

International Sports Convention
Dates for the 2016 edition of the International Sports Convention have been announced.
Geneva will continue to host the event, on Dec. 7-8.
Thirty-six conferences and masterclasses will be available at the 2016 edition, with around 250 speakers taking part according to a release. The 2016 edition of the ISC will be the first time masterclasses are introduced.
