On the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the Mediterranean Games, the International Committee of the Mediterranean Games has concluded a very important partnership agreement with Microplus Informatica, a pioneer in the provision of high-tech services based in Italy. Microplus Informatica is the first company to be included in the newly established commercial program of the ICMG, in the category "Timing & Scoring and Data Management Services".

The agreement of the ICMG with Microplus Informatica benefits both parties as the objective is the significant improvement of the Mediterranean Games and of the Mediterranean Beach Games, by offering to host cities high-quality technological services to ensure a good organization.

The ICMG President Amar Addadi welcomed this new collaboration: "It is with great pleasure that we welcome Microplus Informatica to the large family of the Mediterranean Games. This agreement, in addition to its essential importance, both economic and operational, comes at a time when World Sport is severely affected by the effects of the pandemic. It also bears a special symbolism, as it coincides with the celebration of the 70 years of the Mediterranean Games. The ICMG must take a resolute step forward towards progress and modernity, by investing in technology, innovation and the use of interactive programs, with the aim of improving the Games and providing better services to the National Olympic Committees and the Athletes.

The experience of Microplus in Sport and the know-how acquired in major international multisport events augur well for a successful organization of the Mediterranean Games of this decade. I would like to thank Microplus Informatica for the confidence shown in the ICMG".

On behalf of Microplus Informatica, Mauro Cedrani stated: "Exactly 70 years from

the first Mediterranean Games in Alexandria in 1951, I am proud that Microplus has

partnered with the ICMG to provide sustainable and innovative solutions to all the

countries surrounding the Mediterranean Sea, for the period 2021-2026.

Furthermore, for Microplus, this partnership is part of an international consolidation

project of the company that has gained important market shares in the sports sector

over the last years and which allows Microplus to be included among the most

qualified companies to provide solutions at an international level, especially as
