As it moved from the vacant lots of America, around the world, and into the ballparks of the Olympics, softball found its way into the hearts of millions. At the heart of this journey was one man who worked tirelessly and selflessly to see the dream of softball's inclusion in the Olympics come to fruition. Though faced with much adversity on the journey, he swore to never give up.
