Paolo Guerrero was remembered by Conmebol through the official account of the Copa Libertadores for his treble scored in the South American club competition with the Corinthians jersey.

In the 2015 Copa Libertadores, Paolo Guerrero scored a hat-trick in Corinthians' 4-0 win over Uruguay's Danubio for the 4th day of the group stage of the international tournament.

Paolo Guerrero scored one headed goal and the other two shots near the small area of Danubio after the assists of Elias, Emerson Sheik and Jádson at the Arena de Corinthians stadium, today called Neo Química Arena. The first goal of the 'Timao' match was from Jádson.

Paolo Guerrero was competing in the 2015 Copa Libertadores with the Corinthians jersey in his last year of the four that he played in Brazil's' Timao '. The Peruvian striker came from Hamburg and then moved to Flamengo.

In the 2015 Copa Libertadores, Paolo Guerrero scored four goals in five matches and all scored them to Danubio, the treble in Brazil and then another the triumph of 'Timao' in Montevideo.
