Fredy Guarín, a year after his regrettable controversy in which he appeared involved in a rather uncontrolled fight, the former Millonarios F.C midfielder has gradually returned to public life capturing some of his good moments, showing that life goes on and that opportunities to continue are always present.
The 35-year-old from Boyacá left football, although not officially as a retirement, but perhaps temporarily, as he seems focused on other types of projects other than sports.
Guarín for some time now showed his taste for horses, for which he wanted to have his own kennel, being one of his main current businesses in the hacienda that from what could be deduced on social networks, carries his brand FG.
Likewise, eXinter, Porto and Milan are also seen on social networks venturing as the owner of a bar, restaurant and barbershop called Club de Caballeros located in El Poblado, Medellín.
In Ibagué, the former player of the Colombia National Team, with whom he went to the 2014 World Cup, would also have one of his most important projects. This would be the real estate business in which the Puerto Boyacá native would have invested. The company is called GLevel and he appears as the main image as demonstrated in the most recent video uploaded to his Instagram.
The construction of this housing complex would be built around “19 apartments ranging from 39 m² to 60 m² and 10 apartments from 119 m² to 132 m², two of them penthouses”, as you can read on the real estate website.
Although the athlete does not appear as the owner of the project, he does appear in the brand's commercial campaigns and in his networks you can see some wedges he makes about the construction being carried out in the capital of Tolima.
In parallel, Fredy Guarín would have a jewelry store located in Ciénaga de Oro, Córdoba, as he has demonstrated at different times through his networks.
Aside from all controversy, the footballer seems to be dedicated to taking advantage of his earnings as a player in different clubs around the world, thus, in addition to increasing his wealth, generating employment for many people in the country.
For Guarín's followers, the businessman side of his idol is good news after the problem he had with his family in 2021 and that left him badly on a personal level, having to leave the Club Millonarios F.C with which he had signed a contract and with which he had already played some games.
Since then Fredy received several comments that ranged between affection and understanding as in reproach for the harsh images that were released at that time.
For now, Fredy Guarín enjoys stability, judging by his images on networks, because he is seen very close to his children and doing another of the things he enjoys most after playing football: business where he seems to move just as well as on the court.
