The Los Angeles Police offered a reward of $1,000 to anyone who can facilitate the capture of a user of the social network TikTok who, according to authorities, is responsible for performing a stunt that ended up with a Tesla that ended up going wrong and in which several vehicles were affected.

Through a video that went viral on different social networks such as the YouTube platform, in which a black Tesla S-BLM from 2018 is shown that rises approximately several meters into the air before crashing into cars parked in the neighborhood of Echo Park. This happened last Saturday night, according to the US news network FOX News in its Los Angeles correspondent.

Then it became known that the driver of the vehicle fled because “the 2018 Tesla was rented and abandoned on the spot,” police told KABC-TV.

The driver, who has not been identified by name, but who was known by his TikTok user, @dominyas, will face charges of hit-and-run once he is captured.

Authorities told FOX Los Angeles that they contacted the requested person's account “based on public posts on their account.”

While investigators at the Los Angeles Police Department no longer need clues about the alleged driver, they are still asking witnesses to the challenge to come forward.

It was learned that the Tesla was wrecked after Saturday's incident, while other cars suffered damage to the rear of the bumpers.

The event took place during a Tesla meeting organized online, in which all users of the brand gathered in a scheduled place. Several people filmed the car stunt while they were on the street.
