On Tuesday, March 22, a federal judge agreed to accept the amparo promoted by Mario Aburto, accused of the murder of Luis Donaldo Colosio and for which he received a sentence of 45 years in prison.

Aburto noted that the Office of the Attorney General of the Republic (FGR) has not complied with the investigations into the alleged torture to which he was subjected. However, the Second District Judge of Amparo in Criminal Matters, Antonio González García, rejected the provisional suspension for the Federal Public Ministry to begin investigations.
