Among the many posts that Jorge Rausch makes on his Instagram, beyond all those that could be related to his performance as a chef, these days he highlighted one in particular with which he wanted to briefly portray how a day in his life develops. In this way, last Sunday, March 13, the Bogotá published a video on the subject in question, as soon as the first images run about them it reads: “Day in my life filming and rumbling”.
So, the first thing that is scheduled in your day-day is to exercise, in fact, your routine has a start time at 5:30 in the morning. “Here we go with everything, this is what makes me energetic all the rest of the day”, he is heard narrating in voiceover as the images in which he is seen exercising pass.
Later, duty calls — as they say colloquially — and it's time to focus on the recordings of 'MasterChef Celebrity Colombia' (2022), a gastronomic reality show in which Rausch plays again as a jury. In addition to Bogota, Nicolás de Zubiría and Chilean Christopher Carpentier also carry the title of juries.
On the film set of the reality show he apparently spends all day. However, after working the party arrives, on the night of that particular date he was in “a good rumbita”, as he described the event he attended in Medellín. His stay in the capital of Antioquia was temporary, he only traveled for the party and the morning of the other day he returned to Bogotá and the routine began again.
In addition to sharing this summary of what a day in his life is like, Jorge Rausch also wrote in the caption of the publication: “This is what a day in my life is like! I don't stop for a minute and the only way I can endure this rhythm is to stay healthy, this is achieved by doing a lot of exercise, eating correctly, with the help of metabolic reprogramming that helps me lose fat while gaining muscle mass. I'm 52 years old and I feel better than ever! We are all going to give it everything to fulfill our dreams.”
In this fourth season of the gastronomic reality show that has celebrities playing as participants there is a list of 22 celebrities competing. Among them are two foreigners: Isabella Santiago (Venezuelan actress) and Martin Karpan (Argentine actor), however, the latter has already sided with the celebrities who were eliminated.
The others are Colombian comedians, sportsmen, actors and singers: Ramiro Meneses (actor and director), Carolina Gomez (actress), Lady Noriega (actress and singer), Natalia Ramírez (actress), Manuela González (actress), Jair Romero (actor and singer), Tostao (singer), Tatán Mejia (athlete), Aida Morales (actress), Actor Pérez (actress) Rez (actor), Carlos Baez ( actor), Aida Bossa (actress and singer), Cristina Campuzano (actress), Maria Teresa Barreto (actress), Corozo (troubadour), Pamela Ospina (comedian), Estiwar G (influencer) and Chicho Arias (comedian).
Actor Luis Eduardo Arango was also eliminated and, for her part, comedian and impersonator Alexandra Montoya put her resignation on the table, therefore, she withdrew from the show.
