Around 9:57am (central Mexico time), the alleged threat of a bomb was announced in the Superior Court of Justice of the state of Morelos, located on Francisco Leyva Street, in downtown Cuernavaca. Civil Protection personnel and authorities evacuated the building and closed the highway.
According to the authorities, just over 1,200 people were evacuated, including officials and litigants. Security elements continue inspections inside the judiciary building to rule out the presence of any explosives. With this, there are already three bombs in facilities of the judiciary in different regions of Morelos.
According to statements given to local media, the Presiding Judge of the Tribunal, Rubén Jasso Díaz, explained that no important hearing was taking place, while noting that the alleged threat meant the suspension of all activities of the judiciary.
The cordon off of the street also meant that merchants and food stalls placed in the vicinity of the court were withdrawn, as the area defined by Civil Protection elements had to be respected. At the same time, it was reported that elements of the Army were expected to arrive in order to carry out the relevant investigations.

So far we are still waiting for the results of the reviews of the property. The High Court issued a statement notifying the presence of elements of the Twenty-Fourth Military Zone to carry out an inspection of the TSJ premises and rule out any risk situation.
It should be added that at 12:30 hours it was confirmed that the blockade continues on Francisco Leyva Street, so motorists use Gutenberg Street as an alternate road, in which city council personnel continue to carry out research work.
On March 10, in the Civil and Juvenile Courts of the ninth district in Tejalpa, municipality of Juitepec, Morelos, a call was received warning of the alleged presence of a bomb in the area. After carrying out the relevant safety protocols, it was reported that there were no explosive ordnance:
It was through the State Coordination of Civil Protection Morelos (CEPCM) that at 1:40 p.m. a call was received at the emergency number 9-1-1, where a bomb threat was reported in the premises of the first instance and juvenile courts of the ninth judicial district located in the municipality of Jiutepec.

Immediately, elements of CEPCM's Emergency and Disaster Response Directorate went to the area to carry out evacuation and cordon off the area. In this event, we worked with personnel from the State Public Security Commission (CES), the Ministry of National Defense (Sedena) and Civil Protection of the municipality. After the search by Sedena, it was indicated that no explosive device was found, so circulation was reopened in the area.
CEPCM urged the population to avoid making such calls as they cause panic among the population, as well as the movement of emergency units that may stop attending real emergencies.
It should be added that in September 2021 a similar call was also made to the same place. In that year like this, the call turned out to be a false alarm.
