In total, 360 torchbearers ran with the flame during its two-day stop.

Tomorrow, the flame will travel to Saransk, a fortress town on the river Isnar. It is the capital of the Mordovia district and is around 407 miles southeast of Moscow.

The flame is making its way back into European Russia, and ultimately Sochi, for the 2014 Winter Olympics opening ceremony on February 7.
