Manchester United and DHL Launch 'United Trophy Tour'

To celebrate the Club’s historic 20th league title, Manchester United has teamed up with its Official Logistics Partner, DHL to launch the United Trophy Tour, delivered to the world by DHL. Logistics experts DHL will transport the Premier League trophy to 31 destinations across the globe over the coming months. This tour will also see DHL transport Manchester United artefacts directly from the Old Trafford Museum to give fans the chance to experience special moments in the Club’s history.

To celebrate the Club’s historic 20th league title, Manchester United has teamed up with its Official Logistics Partner, DHL to launch the United Trophy Tour, delivered to the world by DHL. Logistics experts DHL will transport the Premier League trophy to 31 destinations across the globe over the coming months. This tour will also see DHL transport Manchester United artefacts directly from the Old Trafford Museum to give fans the chance to experience special moments in the Club’s history.

After a send-off event in Manchester later this month, the United Trophy Tour kicks off in Rio De Janeiro on 30th October. The five-month tour will then see the Premier League trophy appear in a number of locations including Dubai, Mumbai, Jakarta, Shanghai, New York, Los Angeles, Singapore, Tokyo, Bangkok, Moscow and Istanbul.

This exciting initiative will allow thousands of Manchester United fans across the globe to join the Club in its 20th league title celebrations.

The tour will involve a mixture of fan engagement events, live match screenings and displays of Manchester United memorabilia which DHL are transporting directly from the Old Trafford Museum. Accompanying the Premier League trophy across various legs of the tour will be a number of the Club’s Legends including Andrew Cole, Denis Irwin, Bryan Robson and Dwight Yorke.

This tour builds on DHL and Manchester United’s successful partnership which has previously delivered the DHL Champ19ns Trophy Tour in the 2011/12 season, celebrating the Club’s nineteenth league win in 27 destinations across the world.
