The Paris 2024 international promotion campaign kicked-off with the unveiling its strapline "Made for Sharing" on the Eiffel Tower over the weekend. The landmark event captured the bid’s ambition to share an incredible celebration of sport, bringing to life for the first time the atmosphere of the Olympic Park at the heart of the city – the whole of Paris will become an Olympic Park.

The most iconic monuments of Paris region – such as the Eiffel Tower, the Grand Palais, the Chateau de Versailles, and the Invalides - will serve as venues for the Games, offering all participants - athletes, the Olympic family, spectators, volunteers and the media - a unique experience open to all.

Adjacent to the competition venues, two live fan zones in the Trocadéro, opposite the Eiffel Tower, and the Parc de la Villette, will host hundreds of thousands of visitors. Numerous activities combining sport and culture will offer visitors an unforgettable new experience that only a Games in Paris can offer. The banks of the Seine and the canals of Paris will naturally form a magnificent setting for celebration: from the Eiffel Tower to the Stade de France.

Tony Estanguet, Co-Chairman of Paris 2024, said:

"We want to take the celebration outside of the arenas and stadiums, allowing the Olympic spirit and its values to reach and engage the widest possible number of people. The Games will be everywhere, accessible to ticket holders and non-ticket holders alike. In 2024 the centre of Paris will become the largest and most beautiful Olympic park in history, giving everyone the opportunity to share in the unique experience of the Games by taking visitors on a journey of celebration across some of the most iconic sites Paris has to offer."

To allow as many people as possible to experience the unique passion of the Games, Paris 2024 has set up an extremely attractive ticketing policy with Olympic Games tickets priced from just €15 and €10 for Paralympic Games. In addition, a percentage of tickets will be booked for local populations, especially those of Seine-Saint-Denis, the youngest and most diverse part of the Paris Region.

Etienne Thobois, Chief Executive of Paris 2024, said:.

"Our entire project has been designed to enable everyone to experience the power and passion of the Games in extraordinary competition venues, at very affordable prices.

"We also want to take the celebration out of the venues and onto the streets in the very heart of Paris, allowing locals and visitors alike to share new experiences combining sport and culture and sample everything that makes Paris and France so special. We want everyone to become active participants in the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games."
