The friction between the opposition and the activists and supporters of the Fourth Transformation (Q4) does not stop. On this occasion, a federal official and an influencer starred in a discussion on social media because of a particular comment.

It was Jenaro Villamil, president of the Mexican State Public Broadcasting System (SPR), who on the morning of April 11 decided to use his Twitter account to question himself and his followers “Who is Chumel Torres? ”.

Immediately, users of this social network responded, although it did not take long for the most important one to arrive. Whoever motivated this tweet appeared and assured that Villamil knows it perfectly because he tried to send him his book several times to be promoted in his spaces.

People commented on this message and shared a tweet from 2016 when Villamil applauded a parody that the host of El Pulso de la República performed on Carmen Aristegui to promote one of his programs.

Two people close to the ideals of the opposition joined this discussion and commented on Chumel's tweet with a simple, but mocking gif. The first of them was Mauricio Martínez, a controversial actor who does not hide his anger against Q4 and at every opportunity he takes a criticism against him.

Meanwhile, the communicator Victor Trujillo also published a fragment from the film Harry Potter, in which one chess piece is seen defeating another, referring to what Chumel allegedly did with Jenaro Villamil.

This was not the only comment against Q4 made by the content creator, as he earlier celebrated that Chihuahua, his home state, was one of the least involved in the Mandate Revocation. “My Chihuahua, everything beautiful, all anti-hanging”, he wrote.

He later mocked a meme made by social media users to compare the number of people who came to the polls to vote this Sunday, with which supported Jalisco's Jolette during her controversial participation in the fourth generation of La Academia in 2005.

Finally, he decided to criticize Andrés Manuel López Obrador (AMLO), stating that 83% of the electoral roll “sent it to the v*rga” in its consultative process, since the National Electoral Institute (INE) recorded only 17% participation, a percentage that took almost 18 million votes with a third of the squares placed compared to others elections.

Regardless of the countless allegations against him, López Obrador celebrated the “success” that the consultation meant despite “the pitfalls and boycotts” of the National Electoral Institute (INE).

During his press conference on Monday, April 11, the president again issued a complaint to the electoral body for not placing enough boxes for all citizens to have access to suffrage: “There were municipalities where there were no boxes”.

“Our opponents say 'it's half the votes the president had in 2018'. Yes, but nothing more with a third of the boxes and with all the cheating or boycotting of the INE that was not applied to put boxes everywhere,” he said during his morning conference.

The Tabasqueño awarded the body led by Lorenzo Córdova part of the responsibility for the traffic accident in which three people died in San Fernando, Chiapas: according to reports officers, a pickup truck carrying suspected voters capsized and fell into a ravine on the morning of 10 April.
