Paloma Fiuza, current competitor of This is Guerra, moved more than one by sharing with his followers the last moments of life of his father Luis Velo Fiuza, who died in Brazil on June 25 March of this year after presenting complications due to COVID-19 that he had been suffering from since February.
Almost two weeks after her father's death, the Brazilian published images of her trip to Itatiba, a municipality located in the State of São Paulo, last January as part of her vacation as a participant in the reality competition show. It was on this trip that he last saw his father alive.
“To think that was our last time together... I love you with all my heart, Dad. Now you will always be in our hearts, NEOQEAV (Never forget how much I love you),” wrote the model along with images of her posing next to her father with a smile from ear to ear.
However, one fact that caught Paloma Fiuza's attention quite a lot was that, after publishing the video, several little birds approached him where he was. And it is that in the clip you can see that his father owned several birds, which were walking around his home located in Brazil.
Let's remember that last February, during her official presentation in Esto es Guerra, the reality girl broke when she remembered that her father was in poor health as a result of the coronavirus. She took advantage of the program's cameras to ask her followers to get vaccinated against the disease.
“I'm with a pretty serious family issue, it's a topic with my dad, everything is going to be okay, unfortunately the issue of COVID-19 is very serious. All I want to say is take care of yourselves, you have to get vaccinated. My dad is going to get out of this, I'm praying,” said the Brazilian at the time.
After that, the competitor let out a couple of tears and sent another message to her loved ones: “My family knows how much I love them, I actually thought I would stay in Brazil to be supporting, but I can't do anything, my dad is intubated and I don't do anything there. We have to wait, pray and everything will work out,” he added.
Sadly, his father's health did not improve. The hosts of Esto es Guerra, Johanna San Miguel and María Pía Copello, announced during the start of the program, on March 25, that Paloma had to travel to Brazil to say goodbye to him, since he had lost his life.
HE RETURNED TO THIS IS WAR
Paloma Fiuza decided to return to the program this Friday, April 1. She was welcomed by her companions with applause, and many of them did not hesitate to run to hug her and express their solidarity with her for this difficult moment she is going through.
Likewise, the moment they gave her the microphone to express her feelings, the model could not help but break into tears when she remembered her dad and told him how much she loves him and misses him since she is no longer on this plane.
“I know thanks for the words and messages. Now my dad is in heaven, so let me have plenty of light and peace for my family. Much peace of mind. It's a difficult and complicated time and we're going to get through it. Tell my dad that I love him very much and I'm going to miss him but he's much better because he was suffering. Thank you all in the house. I love them very much,” he said.
