Maju Mantilla, host of En Boca de Todos, expressed through her Instagram account the concern she feels about the situation she faces in the country. As you remember, on April 5, hundreds of Peruvians went out to march against Pedro Castillo, ignoring the curfew imposed on Lima and Callao, due to the protests by carriers over the increase in fuel.
For the host, the lack of capacity of the current government has triggered this whole crisis that harms the most vulnerable sectors of the country.
“Lack of capacity is what the government demonstrates to resolve the social conflicts that the country is experiencing. It seems that the predominant word in Peru is the word CRISIS, since none of our representatives know how to show us the way out of it. The most vulnerable are affected daily, a day without work is a day without feeding their families ,” the former model wrote on her Instagram account.
“We all want to do our part to get out of this crisis together, but we also need immediate action. They talk about measures taken to address this social crisis, but we have not heard them. We want peace, unity and solution”, concluded the TV presenter, who added the hashtag #siemprejuntos to her comment. In addition, he carried the whole of a Peruvian flag.

As you remember, Maju Mantilla's program, En Boca de Todos, stopped broadcasting since Monday, as América TV has prioritized its newscasts to keep citizens informed, providing extraordinary coverage of the stoppages and marches taking place in the country. The same goes for the other programs, América Hoy and Esto es Guerra, the first one did not air on April 5, while the reality show has not aired since Monday, April 4.
GINO PESARESSI AND HIS PROTEST AGAINST THE GOVERNMENT
Another figure who has referred to this situation is Gino Pesaressi. Through social networks, he has expressed his concern, as well as sharing information about what is happening in Peru.
“Be very careful with the infiltrators in the marches. Chaos can turn to violence with just a spark,” wrote the driver of En Boca de Todos about the march that took place on April 5.
In addition, he was against, like many Peruvians, the curfew imposed on Lima and Callao on Tuesday, April 5, which was lifted before the end of the day.
“Millions of suns are lost to paralyze Lima and Callao, poor arguments for such a disproportionate measure. ”, “This anti-constitutional measure is probably the last nail in the coffin of the ruling party”, “The mandatory immobilization is WITHOUT EFFECT”, were other comments of the former reality show, who remained active on networks at all times.
