This list of applicants was formed on the basis of the commission's decision to withdraw nine people who were trying to become the next judges of the TC. These were withdrawn for not raising the observations made by the Office of the Comptroller General of the Republic, regarding the declaration of income, property and income, and for the management of conflicts of interest.

In the case of applicant Willy Ramirez Chávarry, he had to file his resignation from the election process after being elected representative of the Lima Bar Association to the National Jury of Elections (JNE). Similarly, the applicant Luis Humberto Falla Lamadrid, who died, was retired ex officio recently in Chiclayo.

Due to the readjustments made to the evaluation schedule, the interview phase will start two days late, since it had initially been stipulated that it would take place from 28 March.
