Brussels, 24 Mar The High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs, Josep Borrell, said today that the “victory” of the war in Ukraine will be decided in the next two weeks and called on the Twenty-Seven to continue supplying arms to Kiev. “The next two weeks are going to decide on which side the victory will fall.
