San Juan, 23 Mar A 21-year-old tourist is in a hospital in Aibonito (downtown) this Wednesday, after being rescued on Tuesday after falling from a cliff that caused injuries to her body, police reported. According to authorities, Olivia Janoy Maller, 21, suffered the fall as she went down with a group of people to the San Cristobal Canyon. After the fall, rescue agents and Emergency Management personnel from the municipalities of Aibonito, Barranquitas, Comerio and San Juan arrived at the scene to assist in the rescue. Upon finding the woman, she was transported to the Mennonite Hospital in Aibonito after suffering injuries to her right leg and ankle area. His condition is stable. EFE jm/ims
