Paris, 22 Mar Danish winger Mikkel Hansen, one of the stars of world handball, is recovering from a pulmonary embolism as a result of a knee operation he underwent in Denmark, his club, Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) reported on Tuesday. “Currently under treatment by the PSG medical department, Mikkel Hansen is out of danger today, although he will have to follow anticoagulant treatment for between 4 and 6 months,” explained the Parisian club. Hansen, 34, will therefore be out for the remainder of the season.
