Christian Nodal and his parents have been involved in a serious legal fight with Universal Music. This, after the label denounced the singer's parents for allegedly committing a generic fraud.
As if this were not enough, new documents were exposed on another lawsuit against the Nodal family by the Ventaneando program on March 17.
In the afternoon of TV Azteca, it was deepened that the lawyers of the label went to the Attorney General's Office (FGR) to formalize the new complaint against Silvia Cristina Nodal and Jesús Jaime González Terrazas.

In this regard, the legal representatives of Universal Music reportedly pointed out that within the legal actions brought by the Nodal against the label, contracts with dates earlier than those signed with the production company were exhibited. This could be an indication that these documents could be false or that the interpreter's relatives concealed the existence of the previous contracts.
It should be noted that the new document submitted by Ventaneando is stamped as of March 16, 2022.
And it is that all this conflict escalated after the former Nodal label accused the interpreter's parents for allegedly having simulated contracts. The accusations arise because the singer allegedly submitted apocryphal contracts, or never presented them to the company, regarding the rights to videograms and phonograms of some of his songs.

The Ventaneando program exposed at the time the first documents that the label submitted to start the legal process, however, more papers were shown on Wednesday, February 23. In these, the name Cristina Nodal stands out, since it is shown that the singer's mother would have sold 14 Christian songs to Universal Music, since she was a collaborator in the production of them.
The tracks are all those included in the album AYAYAY! , so you acknowledge that this album is the property of Universal Music. For this reason, he will not get money from the label again for these musical productions, since he ceded all rights to the company.
In addition, the exclusive contracts that Christian Nodal had signed with the record company had been presented, as well as contracts for the recording and production of music videos and phonograms of the songs Dime como quieres and Nace a drunkard.

Despite the existence of all these documents, it should be recalled that the parents of the Sinaloa sued the company last October, claiming ownership of the complete catalog of your child.
The program also presented that Universal Music requested that precautionary measures be issued against Christian Nodal and his parents, which were definitively granted by the Ninth District Court on Administrative Matters on February 21.
The crime for which Universal Music reported Christian's parents is punishable in the country with imprisonment from three to 12 years. However, the label is open to negotiating with Sony Music or the performer's parents about what could happen to Nodal's music catalog.
Allegedly, after all the companies involved in this legal dispute had been notified, the artist's new song, Ya no somos nor will we be, would have undergone changes at least three times in its ownership data, Ventaneando reported.
