“The arrest warrant was given for the crimes of aggravated homicide and illegal manufacture and carrying of firearms, as well as for a homicide committed on February 15 in the Jarillón sector, due to apparent settling of accounts with another drug dealer,” said Cali Police Commander Juan Carlos León.
According to Commander León, freight transporters were one of the constant victims of thefts or extortions that asked for aliases 'Mono chinga', who also profited from theft to the general community and the sale of drugs near schools.

“In January, commune six was one of the most affected by homicides, so we expanded our effort with increased force in the area, however, homicides continue to occur,” said Cali Police Commander Juan Carlos León.
According to authorities alias 'Mono chinga', he was issued an insurance measure in prison for the crimes of aggravated homicide and the manufacture, trafficking, carrying or possession of firearms, accessories, parts or ammunition.
