These are the new SITP routes that come into operation as of this Monday in Bogotá

Starting this Monday, three new routes will come into operation that will benefit the inhabitants of the towns of Suba and Bosa. One of them is the C159 Suba Pueblo —Villa Cindy service, which will run from Monday to Saturday from 4 a.m. to 9 p.m. and on Sundays and holidays it will operate from 5 a.m. to 8 p.m.

In the case of Bosa, these are the G524 Bosa La Estación — Parques de Bogotá and G525 Bosa La Estación — Porvenir, which will be available Monday through Friday from 4:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., Saturdays from 4:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. and Sundays and holidays from 5:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

“We recommend that users plan their trip and view routes in real time from our TransmiApp app; also check out more information at www.transmilenio.gov.co. Likewise, that they can customize the tullave card so that they receive benefits such as transfers from 0 to 200 pesos, two credit trips that can be renewed, the possibility of blocking the balance in case of loss or theft and preferential rates for people who are part of a vulnerable population,” said the Ministry of Mobility in a statement.

The entity emphasizes that personalization is free of charge and the card can be recharged via the web through www.tullaveplus.gov.co.

For its part, TransMilenio reported that it will expand its coverage with new SITP routes in areas such as Suba Centro, Perdomo, Fontibon and Usme. Likewise, he said that in the coming months there will be 483 electric buses and Euro VI technology with fewer emissions.

“Most routes will be preserved and others will be adjusted. With the operation of the System by TransMilenio, citizens will be able to enter your key card and plan their trip with TransMilenio,” TransMilenio confirmed in a statement.

The entity also said that from April 23, the new zone service K328 Puerta de Teja - L328 Avenida 1° de Mayo Station will begin operating, a route that connects the towns of Fontibon with San Cristóbal. This will have as its main section Boyacá Avenue, which will run from 17th Street to Race 24 in Parque el Tunal, will pass through Diagonal 46B Sur and then take race 10.

Transmilenio revealed that on the same date the zonal service 489 Country Club - Lomas deja will start operating.

The company also stated that there are routes available for people to enter Moralba in the town of San Cristobal and Aeropuerto in Fontibon.

“The best option for those going directly from Moralba to the Airport is to board the trunk component by taking route M86 to Museo Nacional and then taking route L919 Gaviotas. In the opposite direction, you can take route B919 Terminal Norte and at Museo Nacional take route K86″, Transmilenio said.

It is noteworthy that, through Moralba there are routes B919 Terminal Norte - L919 Gaviotas, K312 San Pablo - L312 Moralba, L805 Gaviotas - A805 7 de Agosto, T43A National Museum - Gaviotas and 13-12 Los Libertadores. There are other options that are, depending on the company:

-Calle 11 Sur transits the route B919 Terminal Norte - L919 Gaviotas.

-La Candelaria runs the service K307 El Recodo - L307 La Castaña.
