Video: he abused a woman in a train station, he was seen on cameras and arrested

A man was arrested last week at the train station in Villa Urquiza, on the Mitre branch, following the simple sexual abuse of a woman.

The incident occurred last Thursday, minutes before 13 o'clock, when a passenger who had just gotten off the train was passing through the turnstiles in the direction of the exit of Urquiza.At that time, a man who was also driving through the station hall, but on the contrary, took advantage of the proximity and moment of distraction to touch it from behind.

The entire sequence was recorded on security cameras and was warned by the staff of the Safe Trains Command who monitor the stations. The woman, who felt the man's touch, turned around and rebuked the subject, while from the monitoring center they notified the security personnel of the railway stop to intervene.

Thus, approximately half an hour later, members of the Federal Police were present at the scene and arrested the man, who was transferred to the Mitre Division of the PFA, as well as the woman, who decided to file a complaint.

It is not the first time that a situation of abuse has been repelled through the security cameras of the railways. Last June, he was arrested on Saturday at the Flores station of the Sarmiento train after he groped a passenger who was traveling alone at 6 in the morning.

The incident occurred in a formation in the Sarmiento that traveled between the Floresta and Flores stations bound for Once. The security camera footage shows how a bald man passes in front of the woman and then retraces his steps to sit next to her.

After a few minutes you can see how the man passes his hands over the woman's legs and comes to rub her private parts until the passenger reacts with a slap. After a brief discussion he tried to descend from the formation but was held by other passengers until he was arrested by personnel of the National Gendarmerie.

The man, who already had several records due to similar events, was taken to the Sarmiento Division of the Federal Police while the woman was accompanied to the prosecutor's office on duty where she made the complaint that led to the formation of a simple sexual abuse case being processed in Court No. 31.

Earlier this month - in the same week that the arrest of six young men accused of sexually assaulting a 20-year-old girl and subjecting her to a gang rape in Palermo - a 42-year-old man was also reported for groping a 22-year-old woman inside a well-known supermarket in the Buenos Aires city of La Plata.

After the episode, Celeste, the victim's older sister, who was with her, exposed the man to the rest of the clients, in a sequence that was also recorded in a video series. “You bastard! You touched my sister's ortho!” , is heard on one of the recordings.

In a dialogue with Infobae, Celeste said: “We were doing the shopping and we stopped in the pet section because my sister had to buy collars for her dogs. There, this man appeared, who was walking with the cart, stopped behind her and put his hand in her tail.”

“I went to get my things, which were in the cart, I grabbed my cell phone and went to get it. I found it again right in the box area, there I recorded it and everything in the video happened,” he said. Then, the women made the corresponding complaint to the DDI in La Plata. The case for an alleged sexual abuse was left to the prosecutor Álvaro Garganta, in charge of UFI No. 11 of the district.
