MEXICO CITY (AP) - Juan Dinenno signed a double, clearing the big deficit and sending the match as a penalty. The Argentine striker rose from the canvas and recorded the victory of Puma, who eliminated the New England Revolution.

With an epic comeback, the Mexican team was able to win 4-3 in the round, reaching the semifinal of the Conacaf Champions League.

Dinenno scored the first goal of the match in 33 minutes and added another goal on the 48th day after passing the Brazilian Rosério de Oliveira. The American Sebastian Sosedo added a goal to 59 to send the match as a penalty.

The defeat of 3-0 on the first leg seemed to blame university students, but the team led by Argentine Andrés Lillini went out to find a comeback from the beginning and will advance to the semifinals from stage 11 to face Cruz Azul.

The college students took control of the possession of the ball from the beginning and came forward when Omar Islas sent a right cross to the area where De Oliveira frowned for Dinenno, who used his left thigh to net the ball.

When De Oliveira sent a cross from the right to a small area, Pumas got collectively closer at the beginning of the second half of the year. Dinenno anticipated the score and turned the right post of goalkeeper Earl Edwards into a low shot.

College students expanded their lead and leveled the series at 59 when Saucedo received the ball inside the box, entered the center of the goal and fired a powerful shot that got Edwards in his hands.

The revolution was a shot by Omar González, who was severely rejected by Alfredo Talavera, which allowed him to solve the game of the 90s.

In the penalty, Arturo Ortiz, Alan Mojo, Nicholas Freire, and Dinenno were converted to Puma.

Alfredo Talavera stopped trying on Thomas McNamara, and Sebastian Regget sent an attempt on the goal.

With the machine advances

Right drive Uriel Antuna caught up with visitors in 44 minutes, and Camacho, a Frenchman, declared equality at 79.

La Maquina won her first leg 1-0 at Estadio Azteca with Antoona's goal.

As a result, Cruz Azul returned to the semifinals of this tournament for the second consecutive year. In 2021 he lost to Monterrey in the top four cases.
