The Attorney General's Office has just declared that the charges against the former Minister of Education, Gina Parody D'Echeona, and her partner, the former Minister of Transport, Trade, Industry and Tourism, Cecilia Álvarez Correa Glen, were not proven, so they were both declared innocent.

This decision was not appealed by those who lodged the legal appeal, so the disciplinary decision handed down by the Disciplinary Chamber for the Trial of Public Servants of Popular Election was final.
