So far, the two sides have met in person on three occasions - on 28 February, 3 March and 7 March - in Belarusian territory, while on the 10th the Foreign Ministers of Russia and Ukraine, Sergey Lavrov and Dmitro Kuleba, respectively, met in Antalya.
Since then, negotiations have taken place almost daily in the format of videoconference at the level of both delegations and working groups.
Although Abramivich is not part of the list of Russian oligarchs sanctioned in the United States, he was sanctioned by the Government of the United Kingdom and the European Union (EU) for his “close relationship for decades” with Russian President Vladimir Putin.
