Bavispe massacre: “Lady cap” of the Line was prosecuted for destroying weapons of the attack

Luis Manuel Munguía González, Lady Gorra, was prosecuted for her alleged involvement in hiding and destroying weapons used by the Línea criminal group in the Bavispe massacre, Sonora, where three adults and six minors from the LeBarón families were killed, Miller, Johnson and Langford.

According to the report of the Attorney General's Office (FGR), this subject was linked to the judicial procedure through the Office of the Prosecutor Specialized in Organized Crime.

The investigations allowed us to locate the alleged member of the organization derived from the Nuevo Cartel de Juárez, who is attributed responsibilities that occurred in November 2019 in the northern entity of the country.

Now, Lady Gorra and/or Miguel Munguia are facing charges of organized crime in drug trafficking activities. In turn, three months were granted for complementary research.

The judge in the case imposed the precautionary measure of informal preventive detention on him at the Federal Center for Social Rehabilitation No. 1 Altiplano, in Almoloya de Juárez, State of Mexico.
