USA Triathlon today announced it has extended its partnership with HotelPlanner, a leading online provider of group hotel bookings and individual hotel stays worldwide, as the organization’s Official Booking Partner through 2023. The partnership encompasses support for USA Triathlon high performance programs and USA Triathlon National Championships, as well as a revenue share program for race directors and discounted rates for USA Triathlon Annual Members at hotels.usatriathlon.org.
"While COVID-19 has dramatically shifted the way we travel and impacted multisport events nationwide, HotelPlanner will continue to be USA Triathlon’s preferred resource for athletes who do choose to travel responsibly next season and beyond," Victoria Brumfield, USA Triathlon Chief of Staff. "Safety, affordability, comfort and convenience are so important when selecting accommodations, especially in these uncertain times. We are proud to continue our partnership with HotelPlanner to help athletes across the country navigate their return to racing."
"We’re excited to be extending our partnership with USA Triathlon for the coming years and continuing the work of enhancing the travel experience of all the amazing and passionate multisport athletes who use HotelPlanner to book their stays, said Tim Hentschel, Co-Founder and CEO of HotelPlanner.
